Nike pays tribute to the infamous area code of gangsta rap.
Nike 'Does' Compton!
If west coast Godfather of gangster rap, Eazy-E, were alive today, he'd be happy with Nike's latest drop that pays hommage to California's famed city of Long Beach Compton.
Featuring a funky colorway of purple, white and patent black, these Nike Big Highs are simply slick, 100% street, and matches the vibe of west coast beats.
On the back heel, the standard NIKE logo is swapped out with large “LBC” block letters and a cool sheen is given off by the purple patent accents.
In the end, Nike delivers it exactly the same way Eazy would have done it. Easy.
